We are glad you are here. Below are some instructions on how to get the most out of this Kit.

The videos provided within each of the lessons are meant to be an overview and introduction of the topics, not a comprehensive presentation of all the information. We suggest you sit back, relax, and watch the video(s) provided in each lesson first. Then, read and review the materials on your own time and at your own pace. Once you have completed one lesson, move onto the next. The materials are here for you to review as many times as needed. You can access them at any time, from home or on the go. Consider downloading the teachable app where you can sign in to watch the course videos, download the worksheets and more.

Stress and anxiety comes in many forms and impacts everyone differently. To get the most out of the program, complete all modules and provided worksheets using examples from your own life. The worksheets are all downloadable. You can either print them and complete in hard copy or fill them out right on your computer, since they are all provided in "fillable PDF" format. We are confident that if you use these tools regularly, you will improve your stress and anxiety and feel calmer.
