Welcome to the Binge Eating ToolKit!

Leave your shame behind.

You can break free from binge eating!

After more than a decade in the field of binge eating disorder treatment, Dr. Pashby grew frustrated at the lack of realistic and accessible information available about binge eating.

Too many people struggle with binge eating in silence, feeling too ashamed to ask for help. It's time to change that. Now, from the comfort of your home, you can access information that is real, easy to understand, and simple to practice. You can start your journey to feeling calmer and more in control.

The whole course will take under two hours to complete and it is broken up into manageable chunks that you can complete at a pace that works best for you. And since you have lifetime access to the content, you can always review the material again for more practice.

In this course, you will learn that binge eating is a serious, but manageable, issue. Listen and learn as Dr. Pashby discusses binge eating and reviews how you can use the tools of cognitive behavioral therapy can be applied to manage your own binge eating behavior.

The goal of the Binge Eating ToolKit is to educate you on binge eating and how you can begin to apply a self-help approach to managing your binge eating behavior. And, importantly, is to motivate and inspire you to believe in your ability to make a change.

This course is designed to provide education, not to assess, diagnose or treat binge eating disorder. Binge eating disorder is a serious, but treatable, condition and we encourage you to work with your local healthcare provider if you struggle with binge eating.
